MAPPA Annual Reports

MAPPA stands for Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements. There are 21 MAPPAs (Multi-Agency Public Protection Panels) in the West Midlands, one for each Operational Command Unit (OCU) area (as defined by the police).
