Dudley Safeguarding Children Board Working Together to Keep Children & Young People Safe Welcome to the Dudley Safeguarding Children Board (DSCB) website. DSCB is a statutory board which has been established as part of the 'Every Child Matters' agenda, and requires all organisations that work with children and young people to co-operate to keep children safe from harm. The DSCB agrees how local services and professionals should work together to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
